What type of Ads do you run?
The questionnaire above is for Google search ads only (specifically buyer leads). Your ads will only appear if someone searches for homes in one of your target locations using Google's search engine. At this time, we do not utilize Google display network, Youtube ads or Google My Business.
Are there any minimum requirements for Google PPC campaigns?
Google PPC campaigns require a minimum budget of $250/mo.
For Canadians this will be $250/mo CAD. The CAD to USD conversion rate will not be taken into account.
How does this all work?
Our Google Ad Service is meant to be done-for-you; meaning, we build the campaigns that you choose, start to finish, based on your answers in the questionnaire above.
Can I see what these ads look like?
Yes! Please see the preview below for a general idea of what our Google PPC ads will look like. It is important to note that these ads are dynamic and will adjust uniquely to each audience member based on what Google thinks is most likely to convert into a click.

What are the management fees?
Google management fees are plan-specific. Please pick the plan that makes the most sense for your business.
* 12-month term: 10% management fee on active budgets. A $50/mo minimum service fee will be charged for the length of the term. (Best value)
* 6-month term: 15% management fee on active budgets. A $50/mo minimum service fee will be charged for the length of the term.
* month-to-month: 20% management fee on active budgets. Start and stop ads at any time.
This management fee is separate from your ad budget and is paid directly to Sierra; we do not take anything out of your monthly ads budget which is paid directly to Google.
What should my budget be?
How many leads can I expect to generate?
While we cannot make any guarantees, our campaigns average cost per lead is US$9-$13 across the USA & US$5-$9 in Canada. Please note that this number can be affected by various factors such as your local market competition, using income or "homeowner only" within your audience targeting, and even seasonality. However, based on this range, with a $500/mo budget you can expect to generate anywhere from 38-55 leads.

Do you offer reporting?
Yes! Sierra offers a Dynamic Ad Report, which is a live link that you can access through your Sierra Account and use to check on your ad performance whenever you like.
This report is sent 4-6 weeks after campaign launch. The link is live and updates daily. We use this instead of sending a monthly report.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! Sierra's Ad Team continuously works on your campaigns to ensure your budget is being spent as efficiently as possible. Email support is available at digitalmarketing@sierrainteractive.com for any questions or concerns you may have.
We also offer the option to book an Onboarding call with your Digital Marketing Account manager to ensure you put your best foot forward when launching campaigns.
