Running this ad with a lead generation goal will require users to register when viewing your listed property. This campaign type will produce many leads, but may also result in lower overall reach (eyeballs) on the property.

Running this ad with an awareness goal will result in higher overall reach (eyeballs) on the property, but will produce few (if any) leads.

How does this all work?

Sierra's Single Listing Ads service is meant to be done-for-you; meaning, we advertise the properties you request for 30 days, start to finish, based on your answers to the questionnaire above.

What are the management fees?

Our single listing ads do not have a recurring monthly management fee. We offer packs of 1, 5, and 10 listings, which are paid for up front. Each individual listing ad will be run for 30 days. Packs can be redeemed all at once or spread out.

 

What should my budget be?

We recommend a budget of at least $100/mo for each property you would like to advertise. If you work in a highly populated area, you can spend more.

 

Are there any commitments?

Nope! You can start and stop your Sierra-managed FB ad campaigns whenever you like. All single listing packages include a 1-time prepaid management fee and are non-refundable.
